YP Vets operates three clinics across Yorke Peninsula to service our patients and clients.  Our vets also travel widely, doing outcalls to houses and properties, vet home visits and farm visits to examine and treat our patients.

Kadina | Maitland | Minlaton

KADINA

Kadina is our largest clinic, and is also our after-hours emergency clinic.  Our hospital and boarding cattery are located inside the Kadina Clinic. Kadina clinic is open Monday through to Friday from 9am-5pm, and Saturday mornings from 9-11am.  Puppy preschool classes are run from Kadina on a regular basis. Kadina clinic undertakes all veterinary services including large and complicated surgeries, xrays, IDEXX blood processing and analysis and other veterinary procedures including sedations, medical treatments and pet services.  A grooming business is located on the  premises behind the veterinary clinic.

MAITLAND

Maitland was recently refurbished and is open three full days Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9-5pm.  A nurse is available between 8am and 6pm on these days to answer enquiries or for your convenience to drop off or pick up your pet.  All consultations and all routine surgeries are carried out at Maitland, including desexings, lump removals and dentistry.  We also do basic grooming and nail clips.  We refer all large surgeries and complicated procedures to Kadina.

MINLATON

Minlaton is our clinic located towards the bottom of Yorke Peninsula.  It is open 4 full days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm) and undertakes surgeries, xrays and other required procedures.  A nurse is available between 8am and 6pm also.  Minlaton is also where the many of our cattle, alpaca and other farming clients are located so our vets are often “out and about” servicing our large animal clients.  Basic grooming and clipping is also available.
